Come avevamo anticipato nella Newsletter di Marzo 2008, dal 1 Aprile sono cambiate molte tasse relative alle domande di brevetto europeo. Oltre alle tasse di deposito sono cambiate anche le tasse annuali di mantenimento in vita, la tassa di esame e la tassa di concessione. Pertanto, anche chi avesse ricevuto avviso di pagamento con i vecchi importi, dovrà adess0 ad eguarsi ai nuovi, considerevolmente aumentati. Alleghiamo una tabella di alcune delle nuove tasse ma per ogni chiarimento vi invitiamo a contattare lo Studio Brevetti Turini (055 5520647) al fine di non commettere errori.

- 4.6 for the 8th year € 1.100,00
- 4.7 for the 9th year € 1.200,00
