Legislative Decree no. 15 of 20 February 2019

Legislative Decree no. 15 of 20 February 2019, which came into force on 23 March 2019, introduces important innovations in trademark matters. The requirement of graphic representation is no longer required and therefore video or audio files may also be filed. Above all, it will be possible to obtain a declaration of revocation or invalidity of a trademark by administrative means, without recourse to the Court.
