The Ministry of Economic Development provides the small and medium companies with a guarantee that will allow them to benefit from simplified funding and for a lower price than the market’s.
Companies will be able to get up to 3 millions of euro without giving any guarantees, real or personal.
The guarantee is supplied by the National Fund for Innovation wanted by the Ministry, and it has the aim of helping the economic upturn supporting innovating projects that concern the industrial use of patents.
The banks that adhere to the initiative are Unicredit, Mediocredito Italiano and Deutsche Bank.
In addition to this initiative some Regions, among which Tuscany and Lombardy, have some still active announcements for non repayable funds for the filing and concession records for patents, trademarks or design.
Therefore it’s convenient to get information at the Chamber of commerce or at the trade associations on the various opportunities that are offered at a local level.
